Refund policy

Due to the perishable and live nature of certain Shroomhouse products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final, and products may not be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered.

Shroomhouse stands behind the quality of its live products and guarantees that they will arrive in healthy, usable condition and free from visible contamination. In the event that a live product arrives destroyed, visibly damaged, or visibly contaminated, the customer may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, the customer must contact brandon@spawnshroomhouse.com promptly after delivery and provide clear photographs showing the product in the condition in which it was received. The product must show visible signs of damage, inviability, or contamination upon arrival in order to qualify for refund consideration.

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, stored, handled, or used after delivery in a manner that may affect product condition, nor for issues arising from customer care, storage conditions, delayed opening, improper handling, or normal biological variation.

For all non-live products, all sales are final. Shroomhouse does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests except where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
