Every 20ml of liquid culture is intended to be used to inoculate 6-8 bags of sterile grain, which can then inoculate up to 500lbs of pasteurized substrate and grow hundreds of pounds of fresh mushrooms! If you're purchasing this culture to expand it in your lab, it's recommended to first transfer it to agar and then back to fresh liquid culture.
