Learn how easy it is to grow mushrooms on straw at this hands-on workshop on Saturday 4/5 at 12PM at Fort Rock Brewing!
We'll mix pasteurized straw with live grain spawn, making oyster mushroom grow kits to take home and enjoy. You'll also get a DIY shopping list with everything you'll need to start growing up to 100lbs of mushrooms every week at home! Mycologist Brandon Burkhouse will cover the basics of mycology, foraging tips and resources, and share his favorite recipes at this unique 'grow and sip' event.
